Position Title: |
Quality Control Inspector |
|
Responsibilities: |
Support manufacturing, engineering, and Quality Assurance efforts by performing inspections to documented procedures and instructions. Assure that the manufacturing operation continuously produces product of acceptable quality levels. Assure quality standards at defined process control stations are being followed. Accurately report inspection results and record data as required. Visual verification of produced products for manufacturing and soldering acceptability.
REQUIREMENTS:
Six to 12 months experience with in-process and final inspection of printed circuit and electronic assemblies. Basic knowledge and experience with Surface Mount Technology and Plated Through Hole manufacturing technologies.

Position Title: |
Electronic Solderer/Rework |
|
Responsibilities: |
Soldering and inspection of printed circuit boards. IPC-610 Class 2 or 3 or JSTD-001 certified. SMT soldering and rework of complex components and assemblies. Set-up and perform detailed to complex assembly, Fine Pitch SMT/BGA soldering/rework and test. Excellent understanding of IPC standards, component I.D., and ESD practices. F/T M-Thurs. 6am-4:30pm. Must be dependable and quality conscious. Excellent wages, benefits and working conditions. Drug Free Workplace.
REQUIREMENTS:
4 to 10 years experience in the manufacturing/rework of Printed Circuit Assemblies and their associated processes preferred for complex assemblies. Lifting up to 35 lbs. |

Assembler |

Responsibilities: |
Assembly and inspection of printed circuit boards. Assembly and test of product per the approved processes and procedures. Perform the building of prototype products. Set-up and perform basic to complex assembly and test per scheduled production as defined. Understanding of IPC standards, component I.D. and ESD practices. F/T M-Thurs. 6am-4:30pm. Must be dependable and quality conscious. Excellent wages, benefits and working conditions. Drug Free Workplace.

Prep/Material Handler |
|
Responsibilities: |
Issue and prep materials to the manufacturing floor. Weekly cycle counting and kitting of products. Receive customer's material properly to inventory. Issue and prep material per kit, fill out part shortages on the material kit cover sheet. Fill parts shortages. F/T M-Fri. 7am-4pm.
REQUIREMENTS:
Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment. Experience in warehouse activities. Lifting up to 35 lbs. |
